Eating YOUR Fear Foods for 24 hours!

I asked you to tell me you fear foods... and then I ate them! Was it challenging? Yes. Was it also fun? Also yes.

On Instagram and through comments, I collected a bunch of your fear foods and attempted to eat them. However, as I quickly discovered... I was also scared of most, if not all of the items you suggested. This was not only a challenge for myself in terms of facing fears, but also a challenge in that it made me realize that I was even scared of things I had never had before (e.g. ricotta on toast). Although this was a difficult video, I am glad I did it and found some new meal ideas that I enjoyed.

I hope that in me attempting to eat YOUR fear foods it will also motivate you to try and face them yourself. I think this style of video is a fun one as it also lets me incorporate you guys into the videos! I will hopefully do another one like this again soon, so stay tuned on my Instagram for more questions! I am also thinking about maybe doing a Q&A, so if you have any things you want to ask, let me know!
