On the Wrist, from off the Cuff: DEKLA – Turbulenz 40mm v.3 6Steel, 200m WR, Modern Flieger, 1300Hv
On this episode we review a super capable everyday piece from German brand DEKLA. Their Turbulenz offers a lot of options for not a lot of money, considering the level of top notch in-house work and combination of specs. They pretty much produced a watch that is really ready for anything, from its hardened stainless steel case (6x harder than standard SS) to its 20bar of water resistance to its ultimately legible and symmetrical dial viewed its distortion free anti-reflective sapphire crystal. There is a lot to love here and if you're not crazy about the general dial aesthetic, you can alway opt to have it assembled with one of the other 3 options available (4 in total). Sure it's nothing ground breaking but everything it does do is absolutely overbuilt or over spec'd without ever feeling overdone. Let me know what you all think in the comments below, thanks guys!
