The Meteoric Rise of the Price of Party Hats in Runescape! [2001 - 2020]

Hey guys, today I wanted to look at one of the most interesting items in the history of video games... the runescape party hat. Over the last 20 years party hats have become one of the most iconic and expensive items in runescape.

Today I will be looking back at how it all started, how they became so expensive and their meteoric rise to billions. I will be taking pricing information from old forum posts, the grand exchange and modern discords. If you are interested in the information, I have placed everything I found into a spreadsheet.
