🥒🥣 Authentic Greek Tzatziki

Cool yogurt blended with crisp cucumber, fresh garlic, olive oil, and herbs — simple ingredients that create BIG flavor.

This Greek classic is the perfect balance to grilled meats, warm pita, or fresh veggies.

🛒 Ingredients
• 1 cup plain Greek yogurt (full-fat preferred)
• ½ cup grated cucumber (excess liquid squeezed out)
• 1–2 cloves garlic, minced
• 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
• 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
• 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped (or 1 teaspoon dried)
• Salt & black pepper to taste

👩‍🍳 Instructions

1️⃣ Grate cucumber and squeeze out as much moisture as possible using a paper towel or cheesecloth.

2️⃣ In a bowl, combine Greek yogurt, cucumber, garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, and dill.

3️⃣ Season with salt and pepper to taste.

4️⃣ Stir until fully combined.

5️⃣ Refrigerate at least 30 minutes before serving for best flavor.

Drizzle with extra olive oil and sprinkle fresh dill on top before serving ✨
