Houston cleanup, recovery after storm damage could take weeks
City and county leaders in Houston are holding a news conference, saying it could take weeks, if not months, to get storm damage cleaned up. Mayor John Whitmire is asking people to avoid downtown at all costs and stay at home, as over 2,000 traffic lights across the city are being reported out.
