1939 Caterpillar D8, first start in over 15 years

Short video of some clips we took at work of a 1939 Cat D8 that was bought brand new by the company I work for and is now retired as a display piece. The shop manager used to fire it up once a year until about 2000-2005, he can't quite recall. off camera the starting engine was gone trough and the carb was rebuilt. The covers were pulled off the main engine injection pump and the pump was partially cleaned out enough to get the unit running. Not a bad afternoon at work when this is the stuff you get to play with.
