Maybe you signed up for a retreat because you wanted to visit someplace new.

Maybe you signed up to meet new friends and build connections.

Maybe you did it to relax and give yourself a much needed break.

No matter what your reasoning is, the foundation to all of it is nourishment. You can't adventure without being nourished. You can't build meaningful connections without being nourished. You can't rest and recharge without being nourished.

For every retreat I carefully craft the meal plan based on season, location, flavor and nutrition.

Our Montana retreat featured items like vegetable barley soup and chili which are common in that area. As well as meals like spring risotto to welcome the warmer weather.

This fall when we visit Hawaii, not only will we have Hawaiian inspired meals but we'll also enjoy LOTS of locally sourced food as their climate allows markets to operate year round. Want to join us?
