Are you a new agent and are trying to decide which brokerage you should choose to start your career? You NEED to watch this video!

Our value proposition revolves primarily around five components: Culture, Development, Technology, Staff, and Brand. Since you are new to the industry, I’m going to focus primarily on our Agent Development Program and explain how we support our associates in building highly successful, long-term careers.

Since you don’t make money unless you are proactive, the goal of our training is, and always will be, action. As a new licensee in this office, you will not be thrown to the wolves; instead, you will be exposed to some of the best and most unique training in the country, which by the way, is only available in this office. We are not like most other offices that only offer a two or eight- week training program. Our training program is complete and continuous because in order for you to progress to the highest of levels, you must have a consistent place to bring your experiences back to so you can improve on the knowledge and skills necessary to achieve your goals. That’s what we call the path to Mastery!

The majority of our classes revolve around the 93 vital activities of real estate sales. There are 47 vital activities to closing a buyer and 46 vital activities to closing a seller All of our classes are built around an easy and convenient step-by-step system that teaches you what to do, how to do it, why you are doing it, and when to do it.

Now it’s important to understand that training is simply one component of your development with this office. As one of our associates, you are going to have the opportunity to enter into our complete Agent Development Program. I say, “Complete” because we provide what most other offices leave out: high-level, business consulting and consistent accountability. It’s been my experience that training is pretty much worthless unless it’s sandwiched between consulting on the front end and accountability on the back.

Once you’ve been through a complete cycle of training, we will sit down one-on-one and assemble the plans and strategies needed to generate the income you desire. As a new associate you will obviously be operating a phase one Realtor and thus you should only focus on the things relevant to achieving the goal of a phase one business, which is cash flow.
