ABOUT ME:
I'm a Somatic Coach for Families, drawing upon my skills as a Craniosacral + Somato-Emotional (body-emotion) Healer, Expert Registered Yoga + Children's Yoga Teacher (with a Registered Yoga School), and a Masters in Counselling Candidate. I have been practicing this work since I was a child, and am passionate about sharing simple, powerful tools with parents, educators, and children. As moms in particular, we greatly influence our child(ren)s nervous system baseline and how they perceive and interact with the world around them... for life!
