In this episode we will explore exercises using the Roll Down Bar, Push Thru Bar with springs from above and below, Arm Springs, and Leg Springs. In this workout will cover exercises such as Hip Rolls, Roll Downs, Forward Push Thru, Push Thru on back, Spine Twist, Supine Leg Circles, Biceps, Triceps, Rotator Cuff exercises, and many more foundational exercises.
