In today’s digital world, technology has become an essential part of human life. From smartphones and social media to artificial intelligence and online platforms, people rely heavily on technology for communication, education, work, and entertainment.

However, excessive dependence on technology can affect productivity, attention span, social relationships, ethics, and human behavior.

This video explores the issues and impacts of technology dependency from the perspective of Philosophy of Science and Technology, while also highlighting the Islamic perspective on moderation, self-control, and responsible technology use.

Through this project, we aim to raise awareness about maintaining a healthier and more balanced relationship with technology in modern society.
