Hyatt Ziva Zilara Cap Cana Blue Mall Shopping

If you’re staying in the Cap Cana area, at the Hyatt Ziva or Zilara, Secrets, or Sanctuary, you can take the free shuttle to the Blue Mall to do some shopping.
There are no shops or malls within Cap Cana as it’s a gated community and access is limited but there are several shops at the Blue Mall and a grocery store next door, with cheap coffee, suntan lotion, over the counter first aid items and alcohol. It’s way cheaper than the resort gift shops and the airport Duty Free area, so it’s a great way to pick up some souvenirs.
Christine has been to the mall twice and explains the process for getting the bus, what the ride is like, what the mall is like, and sample pricing for various items at the grocery store.

Note: a taxi to the Blue Mall will cost approximately US $30 each way.
