WATCH LIVE: Federal prosecutors announce charges against financier Jeffrey Epstein

The U.S. Attorney of the Southern District of New York, Geoffrey Berman, is expected to announce charges July 8 against financier Jeffrey Epstein. Epstein, who was arrested July 6, faces charges of sex trafficking of minors and accusations that he created a network to exploit dozens of underage girls.
