Mega Man V (Super Game Boy) Playthrough - NintendoComplete

A playthrough of Capcom's 1994 platformer for the Nintendo Game Boy, Mega Man V.

I played this through the Super Game Boy adapter for the Super Nintendo, providing the tailored color schemes and screen border that (obviously) you'd never see playing it on the handheld.

Mega Man V is a pretty good finish to the long-running Game Boy series. It brings a lot of originality to the series, right at the point where it was beginning to stagnate. Amazingly, there are no longer "Robot Masters" all called ____ Man. They're all planet guardians now with some really odd powers - Salt Water, anyone?

I don't like it as much as I do III and IV, but still, it's a damned fine game and worth any Mega Man fan's time.
