Cybrexa Therapeutics Tumor Specific Drugs Mechanism of Action (MOA)

This short animation demonstrates the mechanism of delivery of small molecule DNA repair inhibitors that directly target the tumor microenvironment. This type of tumor-specific drugs (TSD) is developed by Cybrexa Therapeutics. This entirely new approach leverages a novel tumor-localizing peptide technology developed by an internationally recognized research laboratory at Yale, and have a potential to change the paradigm of drug delivery, and greatly enhance the therapeutic index.
