The creator of this video is claiming Fair Use (Section 107 of the Copyright Act) for the use of the images from the Disney Golden Oak website.

This video then is to let the viewer know about the book, which is a different purpose from the images on the Disney Golden Oak website, which are to sell the homes. The creator of this video believes this transformative use would more likely be considered fair.

so the creator of this video believes his use of these images is more likely to be considered fair.

Only one image (the minimal amount) of each location of the home was used in this video, so the creator of this video believes fair use is more likely.

The creator of this video does not believe that he is harming the owner of the copyrighted work in any way; therefore, the creator of this video believes the use of the images from the Disney Golden Oak website is fair use.
