"You're aware that I'm gay?" - Ricky Gervais outtakes from BBC's Extras (2005)

From series 1, episode 6, "Patrick Stewart". Earlier in the episode, Andy (Gervais) had complained about his new writing partner Damon at the BBC to his friend Maggie (Ashley Jensen), saying he was "too camp" and a "cliché of a gay". Maggie runs into Damon on her way out and casually suggests that he should probably "tone it down a bit", but then realising she's said the wrong thing. Andy is later called into a meeting with Damon and his BBC producer partner Iain where they inform Andy that they have decided to pick up his script. Andy is relieved and happy, but Iain then lets him know that Damon had told him about Andy's earlier apparent homophobic remarks.
