Do Vault Speed Killer Builds ACTUALLY Still Work?

Vault speed builds on various killers is a strategy I have loved playing over the past year or so, but unfortunately, diminishing returns has gutted this build along with many others. Today, I am going to try out a new set of vault speed themed builds, and try to find out if they are actually still worth running, or completely useless. Enjoy the games!
