HERE IS THE RECIPE: (for 5-7lbs of chicken wings)
2 tablespoons dried rosemary
2 tablespoons chili powder
1 tablespoon kosher salt
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon dried ground oregano
1 tablespoon tony chachere's creole seasoning
1 1⁄2 teaspoons cumin
1 teaspoon dry mustard
1 teaspoon black pepper
3 tablespoons canola oil, optional for making paste
--Mix all items.
--coat wings with olive or canola oil.
--Toss seasoning with oiled wings until well coated.
--place on baking sheet lined with foil and sprayed with Pam.
--Bake at 350 or 400F. Cook until done. turning occasionally.
