Are Streaks Too Weak in Modern Warfare III?

Modern Warfare III's streaks, especially the higher end ones, seem to be quite weak compared to many older CoD games so today, I wanted to take a deep look into why this may be the case while sharing my thoughts and feedback for how I would like to see the streaks improve in a balanced manner.
