GERMAN HEALTH CARE - THE BEST AND WORST | American in Germany experiencing social health care system

Health care in Germany is very different from the USA. Since I am an American living in Germany, I have some opinions about what I love and what, in my opinion, could be improved.
Since I moved to Germany 4 years ago, I have just a couple anecdotes about using the socialized health care system of Germany. I would love to know your experiences, were they similar or different to mine?
In Munich, there is a doctor on almost every corner, so there does not seem to be a lack of providers here. I find the health care system of germany so interesting, because it gives people options to choose while still being heavily regulated. And since it is the oldest social health care system in the world, Germans have had a lot of time to think about it.
