🏃🏾‍♀️Here's the most EFFECTIVE warm up routine I use for my P.E lessons

P.E lesson starts with warming up our bodies. You can play simple games, but also focus on specific body parts to help your students get ready for an exciting lesson! You and your students can go through this routine individually in their own space, without any equipment :)

00:43 - Jogging on the spot
01:11 - Star jumps
01:36 - Arm circles
02:48 - Arm scissors
03:10 - Jump lunges
03:43 - Calf raises
04:32 - Ankle rolls
05:01 - Step and swing
05:35 - Toe touches
06:05 - Open & close the gates
06:36 - Knee hops
