I HAVEN'T BEEN DOING WELL... FINALLY GETTING HELP

Hey guys, today I am opening up about my recent struggle with severe chronic pain and anxiety. I did a livestream the other day and it was so unbelievably helpful to me knowing that I am not alone in these feelings. Basically what happened, is that I had 7 straight days of severe pain due to my head condition (TAC, Trigeminal Autonomic Cephalalgia) aka Cluster Attacks, Cluster headaches. Because of the severe pain and new symptoms popping up during the worst part of the attacks, I am having an extremely bad time with crippling anxiety. I have never officially been diagnosed with Anxiety, I assume I will be at my upcoming therapy appointment. But I live in fear of everything, constantly. It mostly is related to my failing health, the worse I feel the worse my mental state is. The main reason I am filming this is because I want to stop being afraid to share my story on the internet.

There are place and people online that can make you feel like a whiner or a complainer for talking about struggles or issues in your life when you are someone with a public platform. It makes me realize that I hold back from discussing a ton of different things for fear of backlash, for fear of people making assumptions about me, or for fear that I come off whiny. But as you can see, that means I am living in fear. I have lived this way long enough and thanks to you guys encouraging me the other day in my livestream, I went to the doctor, got a referral to a therapist, got a new medication for my head, and am scheduled for an MRI on friday to see these new symptoms that me and my doctor are concerned about in regards to my brain.

I am not feeling great overall, but I am trying to distract my brain from the intrusive thoughts that keep me in fear all day. Thanks for listening.. back to makeup soon!
