Sydney Flathead Catch n Cook

In this video we will be heading out in the mighty Hawkesbury river targeting quality blue spot flathead to catch and eat. We ran into many by catches along the way but in the end we managed to get what we were after and filleted the flathead at the boat ramp and then we deep fried the beer battered flathead.
