[1.15 Minecraft] Trains Datapack Update: Free Angle Rail Tool+Locomotive/Wagon/Rail Seller Villagers

A small update for the Trains datapack:
- New Free Angle Rail Tool
- Turns without the 45° angle limitation
- Better slopes. No more bumpy 1 block jumps
- Added Villagers that sell locomotives, wagons and rail structures
