Pros:
Very Quiet (Exterior/Interior Noise)
Clean Room
Great Buffet Breakfast
Reasonable lounge/bar prices
Fast check in/check out
Perfect shower
Front Desk very friendly/accommodating
Everything is in walking distance

Cons:
Bed sheets and pillows were ass.
Elevators kinda slow.
Room temp is luke warm feel..need extra blankets.
parking sorta, NOT CHEAP (read my tips below).
Head-broad was dirty .
THEY PUT FULL ROOM COST ON CARD UPON CHECK-IN.

Tips:
Parking in a garage near hotel, use a coupon. 35 day vs Marriott 55 day. Also plan out parking out, might just be best to leave car in garage and just walk or catch uber.
Bring own king bed sheet/pillow and extra blanket.
Bring some food and snacks.
Room faces the sunrise in the morning (super bright), might want to close curtains if you're sleeping in.
Wake up early and watch the sunrise then go and bring you breakfast up to the room.

The Pros outweigh the cons and I will be back to again the central park side in the summer time.
