The album in this video was released by Mogote Records, a company based in Viñales, Cuba which was known for recording local working groups in the area. Their releases had recently disappeared absolutely everywhere along with their website, so it's safe to assume they've gone out of business. In an effort to bring these stellar recordings back from the dead I've decided to put the three Mogote releases back up on my channel over the next few weeks, as there is little to no chance of having copyright issues with any of them.

This is the first album of the three, it's from Mogote's flag-ship group 'Valle Son' a sextet featuring alto saxophone in place of the traditional trumpet, and featuring Michel Ledesma Elias on Tres.
