🚧 Development Activities in District Dir Upper (PK-12)
Development work continues in District Dir Upper, Constituency PK-12.
Construction of a funeral facility (Janazgah) has officially begun in the remote village of Shedil, located in Karu Dara. This project has been approved under the Annual Development Program (ADP) 2025–26 of the Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, through the efforts of MPA Muhammad Yamin Khan (PK-12) and MNA Sahibzada Sibghatullah.
Technical supervision of the project is being carried out by the Local Government & Rural Development Department (LG&RDD), Sub-Division Wari.
Previously, the residents of Shedil village did not have access to a proper funeral facility. With focused attention on community needs, the elected representatives have fulfilled a long-standing demand of the local population.
In addition, multiple development schemes worth PKR 520 million have been approved across Tehsil Wari, with work already underway at several locations.
