Crunchy Peanut Butter Cookies

Ingredients
• 1 cup unsalted butter (softened)
• 1 cup crunchy peanut butter (unsweetened)
• 1 cup white sugar
• 1 cup brown sugar
• 2 large eggs
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 2 ½ cups all-purpose flour
• 1 ½ teaspoons baking soda
• ½ teaspoon salt
• 1 teaspoon baking powder

Directions
Step 1: In a mixing bowl, cream the white and brown sugars with the butter until light and fluffy.
Step 2: Beat the eggs, one at a time.
Step 3: Add vanilla and peanut butter into the mixture until smooth and well blended.
Step 4: Sift flour, baking soda, salt and baking powder; Mix until a dough form. Put dough in refrigerator for 1 hour.
Step 5: Roll dough into 1 inch balls and put on baking sheets. Dip a fork in flour and press it into the balls of dough, making a crisscross design and flattening the cookies slightly. Dip the fork in the flour after each press.
Step 6: Bake in a preheated 375 degrees F oven for about 10 -12 minutes or until cookies begin to brown.
