Salad with Tahini Dressing
Salad Ingredients
Salad Leaves
Grated Carrot
Cucumber
Tomatos
Avocado
Radish
Spring Onions
Mint Leaves
Tahini Dressing Recipe
2-3 Table Spoons Of Tahini
1 Spoon of soy sauce/ gluten free soy sauce
Squeeze of Honey
Squeeze of Lemon
Oil
& Mix
- make a large batch to keep in the fridge for the week!

Coffee Frappe
1-2 Shots of coffee
Oat Milk
Ice
2-3 Dates
-
Dinner
Sri Lankan Curry
Recipe
Pan/Pot
1st Fry off for 5 minutes
1 Onion
2-3 Garlic Cloves
Gingers
Chilli
3 Tea spoons of Sri Lankan Curry Powder
Tea spoon of mustard seeds
-
2nd Add Vegetables
any but we used
Sweet Potato
Chickpeas
-
3rd
add can of coconut
-
4th bubble away for 10-15 mins on a low - medium heat
-
5th add chickpeas and spinach
-
cook away till done
-
