✝️ English Description — The Holy Light on Holy Saturday:
The image captures the awe‑inspiring moment when the Holy Light appears on Holy Saturday,
a radiant sign of Christ, the Light of the world,
shining upon those who once sat in darkness and the shadow of death.
The church is filled with a sea of believers,
each holding a lit candle,
their faces glowing with reverence and hope.
From above, a heavenly beam of light pours into the space,
symbolizing the divine illumination that Christ brought
when He descended into Hades
and freed the souls who awaited the Savior.
At the center stands the structure draped in purple,
crowned with a cross
and bearing the words “Holy Saturday”,
proclaiming the mystery of this sacred night:
the victory of light over darkness,
and the joy that began to rise even before the Resurrection dawned.
The atmosphere blends solemnity with celebration —
the sorrow of Good Friday still lingers,
yet the joy of salvation has already begun to shine.

✝️ :ظهور النور المقدس في سبت النور
الصورة تُجسّد اللحظة المهيبة التي يشرق فيها النور المقدس يوم سبت النور،
اللحظة التي تعلن فيها السماء أن المسيح، نور العالم،
قد أضاء على الجالسين في الظلمة وظلال الموت.
يظهر الشعب محتشدًا داخل الكنيسة،
شموعهم المشتعلة تمتد كبحر من نور،
والوجوه مرفوعة برجاء وفرح،
تستقبل اللمعان السماوي الذي ينسكب من أعلى
كعلامة للحياة التي غلبت الموت.
في وسط المشهد يرتفع البناء المغطّى بالستار البنفسجي
وعليه الصليب،
يحمل عبارة «سبت النور»،

الضوء النازل من الفتحة العلوية
يملأ المكان بهيبة غير عادية،
يمتزج فيه حزن الجمعة العظيمة
مع فرح القيامة الآتي،
تمامًا كما تعيش الكنيسة في هذه الليلة
بين الألم والرجاء،
بين الصليب والنور.
الصورة تختصر معنى سبت الفرح:
نورٌ يبدّد ظلمة القبر،
رجاءٌ ينهض من عمق الألم،
وشعبٌ يحتفل بالخلاص الذي صنعه المسيح
حين داس الموت بالموت.
