‘Change in him is dramatic’: Joe Biden’s decline ‘obvious’

Sky News host Rita Panahi has praised a feature piece from the Wall Street Journal titled ‘Behind Closed Doors, Biden Shows Signs of Slipping’.

Ms Panahi said in the “well-researched piece” the Wall Street Journal interviewed “45 insiders close to the President”.

“Both Republicans and Democrats,” Ms Panahi said.

“I don’t think anyone is too shocked by this other than rusted-on Democrats.

“His decline is obvious; it is not just behind closed doors.

“The change in him, even from four years ago, is dramatic.”
