I had the privilege of being in the room recently with the top leaders in the world and what do all of them have in common?

They understand that the language of leadership is crucial for the growth of an individual and an organization

Here are a few takeaways that I'm going to improve in my leadership language

✔️Building depth in relationships

✔️Asking better questions to truly understand why they decided to partner with me on my team and the one thing they want to have to happen in their personal lives as a result of that partnership

✔️Help them gain extreme clarity on the action it will take to accomplish that one thing they want to have to happen

✔️Hold them accountable the right way - observe or notice without judgment

✔️Use what words, not why words

✔️Stay out of judgment and into curiosity

✔️Meet them where they are

✔️I'm not doing my job if I don't show them true love (accountability) and help them accomplish what is important to them. That is not living with integrity as a leader

✔️And so much more...

The growth of the leader is in direct proportion to the growth of the company

The speed of the leader determines the pace of the pack

Time to level up and provide more opportunities for the amazing people who chose to partner with me
