We received an order for a special retirement cake — for a customer’s mother, a lovely teacher who dedicated her life to education. We were all set, finished the cake beautifully, and sent the pic to the customer for final approval…

…and guess what? He called us immediately and said,
“Bro! It’s for my mom… but you’ve put a man on top of the cake!”

Total shock moment! 😳
We had mistakenly placed a male figurine instead of a lady teacher.

But no worries — we got into action right away. Took some extra time, reshaped the topper into a sweet lady, and re-delivered the cake on time. The customer was super happy with the final outcome, and honestly, so were we! 💕
