When I went to their workstations, I was impressed by how efficiently they were set up. I noticed that the rebar was placed at the top with gravity moving down towards the worker.

This meant that as he finished bending one piece of rebar, he could simply set it down and then walk over to pick up the next piece he was going to work on. It was all in the correct position, eliminating the need for any unnecessary motion or transportation. I could tell that these workers were very aware of the importance of efficiency and had a deep respect for both resources and people.
