The main lifting bridge and one of two bridges in Poole, Dorset crossing the waterway leading to Upton Lake (the other bridge being the Twin Sails Bridge). This bridge was closed for 16 months whilst essential maintenance and repairs took place. It opened in early 2018. The bridge is also known as a "Bascule bridge" and was constructed in 1927.
