1:20 - Deadlifts, 4 sets to failure last set of 5 reps
3:15 - Wide grip lat pull downs/front - 4 sets to failure
3:40 - Wide grip lat pull downs/rear - 4 sets to failure
5:21 - Close grip T bar rows - 4 sets DROP SET FATALITY SETS to failure
8:10 - Incline DB Rows tight squeeze! 4 sets to failure
8:40 - Seated cable rows, 4 sets SQUEEZE to failure
9:20 - Bodyweight rows, 4 sets to FAILURE BURNOUTS!!
