Must visit attractions and places to see in Panama City, Panama. We spent 2 days visiting the most important Panama City attractions and this is what we ended up doing...

On on first day there we headed off to Panama Viejo. This is the ruins of the first European Settlement on the Pacific Ocean and now a world heritage site. It likely reached a population of 10,000 people, with hundreds of buildings. Unfortunately Panama Viejo burned to the ground in 1671 but I highly recommend a visit here for anyone who hasn't been.

Yes, Casco Viejo, Panama is next on our list. I know every video about Panama City, Panama has this placed listed but it is one of the must visit attractions while in Panama. After Panama Viejo burned down the citizens restarted here in Casco Viejo. Its a very touristy area but there's a lot to see here. Museums, restaurants and everything in between. You can't read about Casco Viejo it's something you just have to see for yourself.

A few blocks from Casco Viejo is the fish market. Yes, i'm recommending a visit to the fish market. This place has super fresh seafood at the decent price. If you're a lover of seafood you'll want to have a meal here.

The Metropolitan Natural Park is the only natural park in Panama City, Panama. It's small but a great way to spend a few hours, get out of the city and walk though nature. Tons of animals, we seen monkeys, a dear, turtles and a few others i'm not exactly sure what they were. For $5 you can't go wrong and to top it off you can get some unbelievable views of the city.
