Powerful drum sequencing w custom Drambo rack - ft. Slammer & Ting by Klevgrand
In the first of my Outside The Synth series, I take a look at the Dynamic Drums (Klevgrand Seq) project for Drambo.
Download the rack for free: (requires Drambo)

The Dynamic Drum sequencer is a 12 voice sequencer ready-made to sequence the Klevgrand apps Slammer, Ting, and Skaka. Though it was tailored to the Klev apps, it works equally well with any percussion app or hardware drum machine. (just need to change the midi number of each rack voice)
The Dynamic Drum seq has several trigger modes, and several sequencing modes.
The trigger modes are: normal, retrigger, and stochastic.
The sequence outputs are: mode (normal, retrig, stoch), gate sequence, and euclidian sequence.
By switching both trigger and sequencing modes during playback, highly expressive, dynamic and evolving sequences are possible. This can be done manually for more performance oriented playing, or p-locked for more deliberate changes.
