Can you beat a Pokemon Sword and Shield Hardcore Nuzlocke playing as LEON?

LEON Nuzlocke Ruleset:
1st: When a Pokemon faints, it's dead and goes into the box forever
2nd: Can only catch the first LEON encounter from each Route/Wild Area
3rd: No items in battle but held items are okay
4th: Set battle mode
5th: No leveling past the level of the gym leader's ace pokemon until the start of the battle.
6th: Only Charmander, Charmeleon, and Charizard are allowed to dynamax
