Chef: Carlos Gaytan of Tzuco
Preparing: Avocado Flatbread
Recipe:
Ingredients:
4 pieces pita bread
4 avocados, sliced
2 cups ricotta cheese
10 basil leaves, julienne
2 lemon zest
2 serrano peppers, sliced
¼ bunch cilantro
Salt
Black peppercorn

Instructions:
1.Mix: In a small bowl, combine ricotta cheese, basil, black peppercorn, and salt.
2. Preheat the oven to 350°F(180°C). Line 1 baking sheet with parchment paper.
3. Place the pita bread on a prepared baking sheet and bake for 4 to 5 minutes, until golden and crispy.
4. Remove from the oven and spread the mix.
5. Topped with avocado slices and Serrano peppers.
6. Garnish with cilantro and lemon zest.
7. Slice the pita bread.
8. Enjoy!

AVOCADO FLAT BREAD
4 piezas pan pita
4 aguacates, rebanados
2 tazas queso ricotta
10 hojas dealbahaca, corte juliana
cáscarade 2 limones
2 chiles Serrano en rodajas
¼ demano jode cilantro
Sal
Pimienta negra

PROCEDIMIENTO
1. Mix: Mezclar queso ricotta, albahaca, pimienta negra y sal
2. Precalentar el hornoa 350°F (180°C).
3. En una charola para hornear con papel encerado, colocar el pan pita. Hornear durante 4 o 5 minutos hasta dorar.
4. Retirar del horno. Untar el mix y agregar el aguacate y los chiles serranos obreel pan pita.
5. Adornar con hojas de cilantro y cascara de limón.
6. Cortar en rebanadas.
7. ¡Disfruta!
