The Adventures of Pinocchio by Carlo Collodi - Chapter 35

"The Adventures of Pinocchio" is a novel for children by an Italian author named Carlo Collodi, whose real name was Carlo Lorenzini. Carlo Collodi was a Florentine children's writer most famous for this world-renowned fairytale novel. The name "Pinocchio" is a Tuscan word meaning "pine nut". The story concerns a puppet who dreams of becoming a real boy. The first half was published in serial form between 1881 to 1883. Collodi then completed the book for children in February 1883.
