In the spirit of First Amendment Auditing and Cop Watching, this video is the result of an investigative project looking into the relationship between police officers, judges and duly elected prosecutors. This is part of a rolling investigation as we focus our reporting on the Santa Clara County District Attorney's office and DA Jeff Rosen in particular.
