How to Add a View Ownership and Take Ownership Right Click Context Menu Item

If you have the need to take ownership of files and folders for security reasons, you can add a right click context menu item to Windows so you can easily view the current owner and then take ownership of these files and folders. It will also apply to subfolders and the files within those subfolders. You can also assign ownership to administrators, everyone, system and the trusted installer account
