These are my personal opinions and both of these as you can see are modern gaming machines.

DLP may give you a cooler temperature image and lack some color saturation or accuracy but is slightly sharper while 3LCD has color and accuracy but at a very slight disadvantage of sharpness.

That disadvantage is so slight that you would need to touch a 150" wall image from approximately 3ft away when the proper seating distance would be over 10ft

Both machines I recommend you do your homework in AVS forums!
