Operation Night Guard: Emergency response teams conduct mock rescue operations in Dimapur
A civil defence air raid and blackout exercise titled ‘Operation Night Guard’ was conducted at the Deputy Commissioner’s office in Dimapur as part of the eighth Nagaland Emergency Preparedness Exercise (NEPEx-8) to strengthen disaster preparedness and coordination among agencies in the event of emergencies. The drill saw participation from SDRF, Civil Defence, police, other emergency response teams and volunteers, simulating search and rescue scenarios.
