I have included the before and after with the CCTV and you can see tree root entry, some large breaks in the storm water or some dodgy repairs lol.

No use trying to remove more tree roots. You can see how damaged the pipe is. The best thing to do moving forward is a dig up and repair.

If you look closely there is a rainbow on the thumbnail.
