Berejiklian 'incapable of identifying the problem' let alone 'fashioning the response'

Sky News host Alan Jones says neither the political or health authorities in NSW have had their pay suspended once during these lockdowns yet they "brazenly" issue government edicts which result in others being denied income.

"Enough of this rubbish about all of us being in it together," Mr Jones said.

"Forget the talk about 'support packages', that is also rubbish. It is merely government spending our money on a problem that government created."

Mr Jones also said members of Gladys Berejiklian's Ministry and "hundreds and hundreds" in the NSW Liberal Party believe she has "lost control of the situation".

"The performances at these daily scare conferences are becoming embarrassing. The Health Minister and the Premier both look rattled.

"Note the way Brad Hazzard is now speaking to journalists who are asking questions on your behalf.

"Does he have so much contempt for the NSW public that he treats those who dare question his edicts with so much aggression, snapping at people and treating grown adults like children – or has he lost control of the brief?

'One thing is for certain. New South Wales can't go on like this.

"Gladys Berejiklian seems incapable of identifying the problem, let alone fashioning the response."
