EXCEPTIONAL ASSURANCE POLICY EXTENDED
Under the most recent update of this rule, if you plan to depart from the UK but have not yet been able to do so and you have a valid visa or leave that ends on or prior to 30 June 2021, you can apply for additional, temporary time to remain in the UK. The latest rule extends the previous deadline of 30 April 2021.
SWITCHING VISA ROUTES FROM WITHIN THE UK

On 26 March 2021, the UK Home Office revised its ‘Coronavirus (COVID-19): advice for UK visa applicants and temporary UK residents’ for those immigrants who want to stay in the UK.
