Spooky Time: Richter Belmont Game

I've not played this since the 90s, so this'll be... fun... o_O
This is a 3D Remake of Castlevania: Rondo of Blood released in the US as Dracula X Chronicles for the PSP. The Dracula X Chronicles released on the SNES was a heavily crippled version of the original. This can be thought of as a remake of the original PC Engine port. The game contains the original, although I've never played this version specifically, so a first time for everything.

Richter Belmont is on a quest to save his girlfriend Annette and the other village girls who were kidnapped by Dracula's minion, the Dark Priest. The canonical ending of which has him saving the girl Maria (who is arguably stronger than him), and leads directly into Symphony of the Night with an aged up Maria set beside the new main character Alucard from Castlevania 3.

Both the original Rando and Symphony of the Night are unlockable modes in this game, although both can be enabled from the start with cheats. Symphony of the Night has had the famously bad PlayStation 1 voice acting with decent voice acting. So if you are in it for the memes, 0/10 ruined game, but otherwise the best version of SOTN outside of RomHacks.
